Is Art all about Perfection ?

Our Nature, ourselves, the Earth ,in fact the whole universe is a creation of god. Anything can't be regarded as perfect, then how can Art be referred as 'perfect'?

Art is all about expressing your imagination , ideas , your thoughts on paper, or in any artform. It is not bounded by the laws of nature, nor there is any criterion which decides a work of art. Every creation of man, can be called Art.
